Here at The Fat Robin we stock over 30 different models of binoculars & spotting scopes at all times! We are birders ourselves and use our binoculars virtually everyday. For higher end optics we carry Swarovski Optik, the industry standard in being the best of the best and manufactured in Austria. Their USA based headquarters are also nearby in Rhode Island which makes any repair requests or special orders very easy. They have a great warranty and take pride in knowing you’ve made quite the investment in something that will last you for many years to come. And in 2022 we added in Zeiss Optics for another high end option here in the store. We have been extremely happy with the lineup of binoculars from them that range from the top of the line alongside Swarovski, to more affordable entry options with their Terra series.

Our widest range of binocular and spotting scope options come from Vortex Optics, a longtime family run company based out of Wisconsin. They have placed customer service as their focal point and offer their Unconditional VIP Lifetime Warranty on all of their products. No matter what happens to any Vortex product, even if it’s your fault, they will repair the item or replace with an equal or better quality equivalent if yours is beyond repair. They quickly became a popular brand in the sporting optics marketplace and have really taken control of our most popular price points.
