All of our single seeds come from them as well. Suet & Seed/Nut Cakes

Suet feeding was once relegated to just winter feeding, but now has become a year-round activity and supplements a regular seed feeding program. Suet is a high-energy source of food for birds, but used to have a bad connotation because it was messy and greasy. The new generation of suet produced uses rendered beef fat with seed & nut combinations that may be easily fed year round. Some suets have a “dough” form that even won’t melt in direct sun & hot temperatures during the Summer months. Suet has come long way from the corner butcher and is now a highly refined product that is easy-to-use and extremely rewarding. Seed/nut combinations have also become popular in standard sized and larger sized cakes to fit in suet cages as well. We have a wide variety of high quality suet & seed/nut cakes available in the store from industry standards C&S Products & Pine Tree Farms.
